One of the reasons I love NHR Products is because it features a matrix compensation plan.  Matrices foster teamwork and I am all about the team.  My experience has been that we all benefit from being part of a strong team.

An easy home business is within reach when you can find a vehicle that not only provides the opportunity to build financial wealth, but also provides strong team support to get you through uncertain times in your business.

In network marketing, it is not always easy getting from the starting blocks to a situation where income flows into your account at a regular rate. But if you could concentrate on your strength while others within the team handle other aspects then the chances of experiencing success increase exponentially.

We’re talking about a team based network marketing set up where people are all working towards the same goal - success for all.

If you are good at promotions then that’s what you should concentrate on. If recruiting is not a strong point or you simply haven’t got the finesse to be successful at it then that is left to those with a strong recruiting skill level. So instead of coming into network marketing and being the salesperson, recruiter, promoter and motivator, you concentrate on your main skill and leave what you’re not good at to those who are.

- As with any network marketing business, there is sure to be positive and negative aspects that many have found from their own personal experiences.

- You will want to use both the positive and negative ideas in order to draw on their mistakes and go forward with tools to benefit yourself.

- You will have an easier time working at home if you have a team of professionals that can do a lot of the heavy lifting for you (such as closing your sales, and managing your marketing).

Once you have begun your journey to a easy home business opportunity, you will inevitably find out many characteristics of yourself that you have not seen before or even used previously. With a strong support system in place, you will be able to focus your energies on building up your home business for success as you need to in the beginning steps of your MLM business.

Will Washington Fix The Issues With Top Executive Compensation?

There is a bill in the progress before the House of Representatives that is trying to put the issue of the pay and compensation package that executives of publicly traded companies receive in front of stockholders. It is obvious that executive compensation is out of control in many cases.

This bill is actually expected to pass through the house successfully; however, it is unclear how well the Senate will receive it. Is this bill the right direction for a modern America, or do we need to consider more intimately the economic implications of such a decision? Not everyone lives paycheck to paycheck picking up side jobs as they go!

The White House has already formally registered its opposition to such a plan, however the backers are unconcerned. Many feel that the compensation plans of the major officers of the publicly traded companies should be tied to the performance of the company and the officers themselves, and not to the figures that the officers wish to receive.

This bill if passed could place an enormous amount of power into the hands of stockholders who are upset with the way several companies have behaved lately, with declining profits and horrible business practices while the officers of the companies have picked up large compensation packages that include their salary, benefits, and stock options. Each officer can end up with hundreds if not thousands in profits even while the company is performing badly, which stockholders believe is an inequitable outcome.

Many have wondered if the officers in charge of these companies would tighten the belts on spending if their own pay was tied to their performance rather than their wishes, and with numerous companies falling short of profits with huge pay packages going out, and raises occurring almost yearly many investors have started complaining loudly.

While current President Bush has urged the officers of the companies to step up and take responsibility. He has also said that it is not an issue that the government should become involved in. How far should the government extend into a private business? How many people would really feel comfortable with the idea of having the government determine what their pay could be? Most Americans can agree that they would not like the idea of the government interfering with their job and pays.

At the same time, while most Americans do not wish to have the government intruding into their jobs and careers, many still want some measures put into place to hold the executives accountable who are responsible for multi-million and multi-billion companies that employ hundreds to thousands of people.

Many have argued that the concept is nothing new; it is similar to ideas that are currently in place in countries such as Sweden, Australia and even in Britain. With examples such as those to follow, it makes people wonder if this actually does have the chance to pass through the House of Representatives and the Senate once the voting time has arrived.

With time as the key factor, there is scheduled to be a vote on the issue in the House of Representatives in the very near future, which is very much expected to pass without much opposition. It is the next step in the Senate that is where it starts getting sticky with people unsure of the results once the voting in the Senate starts. However, with increasing support from the people, many of whom work for companies affected by this issue, there is scope for a mass political influence, which will certainly make the outcome interesting.

NHR Products‘ compensation plan is a 2-wide forced matrix.  Many people see a 2-wide matrix and immediately think: SPILLOVER!

While it true that a narrow matrix does produce the most spillover we do not like to emphasize spillover when we talk to prospects.

There are three ways that people can wind up in your matrix. Most people only talk about the first two and assume if they don’t receive one then they must provide the other.  Yes, you may get some spillover and you do need to personally sponsor people yourself, but it is the third method that actually puts most of the people in your matrix…

HERE IS THE KEY: Especially as time goes on, you will see that most people have been put into your matrix by the efforts of other members of your downline. Your business grows quickly when your downline gets busy.  Your matrix does not fill from above - it grows from below!

What would you call this?  “Spillunder?” We don’t have a word for it even though it is the most powerful force in our business. The problem with this method of building a downline is that it does take time.  In the old pre-internet days people had the patience to stick with a business and give it time to grow.  Nowadays people have seen so many spammy offers of instant downlines and making thousands overnight while they sleep that they approach their business with completely unrealistic expectations.  If they don’t see instant profit they blame the opportunity and run from one opportunity to the next never giving any business the time it needs to grow.  It is this flightiness that makes people believe that the “get 2 who get 2″ method does not work.

How do we fight these misconceptions?  We start by being completely honest with our prospects.  I know it is hard sometimes competing with other MLMs that promise spillover or instant passive income.  But we feel that it is essential to avoid over-promising or encouraging unrealistic expectations.  We may get fewer signups but they will be better quality and they stick around a lot longer.
