The Advantages Of Home-based Work

Tuesday, December 23rd, 2008

NHR Products has been a great career choice for me.  Choosing working from home is a great step towards achieving self-reliance and financial independence. But often times when people start working from home their level of productivity drops. Why is this and what can be done to change it?

Most people’s productivity at work is a direct reflection of their peer group there. At work you had many people on which to compare your level of productivity against. Now that you are home-based work you often have no measure of how productive you are, so most people’s activity levels drop.

Also, while at home there are many distractions during the day, which can lead you astray. Television, newspapers, internet, phone calls, and laundry all lead you astray from your good intentions to get work done.

On key thing you can do to increase your productivity is to plan your day out, and write what you want to achieve for that day and stick to your plan. Some activities require a certain amount of time to be put into it, while for other activities you need to achieve a specific outcome. Often times it is better to set daily goals as specific outcomes, otherwise if you just set time limits, the level of importance for that activity swells to fit the time you gave it when instead you might have been finished earlier with better results if you had focused on the outcome rather than the time put in.

Another tip to feel more productive work from home is to dress like you are going to the office. Every morning, get up, shower, and put on office clothes. Wearing your work clothes will put you into a different state of mind and will make you more productive. This will be a clue to your mind that now it is time to work.

Having a designated office area is another important thing. If you can have a room that doesn’t have a bed in it that would be great. Also, make sure your office is clean neat and try to work with the door closed.

Also, many people who work from home feel shut in. It is important to get out of the house a couple of times during the day and go for a walk or drive. Going to the mall is great for a quick walk and seeing people.

If you decide you really can’t work from home; look into renting cheap office space somewhere. In many office buildings you can find a room to rent somewhere, which is much cheaper than renting a whole office.

Working from home is great if you have the discipline to keep at it. It takes consistency and drive just like any other job, but it can be a great experience. Start by making your to do list for tomorrow today.

Network Marketing Leads - Lead Generation That Really Works

Monday, December 22nd, 2008

The best way to build a downline in NHR Products, or any other MLM is to focus on recruiting established network marketiing professionals.  In your Network Marketing Business, the very best target market is other network marketers. They have already been sold on the idea of network marketing. Your main focus will be to attract them to join you, so selling yourself is really your main challenge. When you are positive it will show through your marketing and sales efforts. This will be your best network marketing lead generation tool.

Looking at the opportunities that you have chosen, discover what people are looking for in those areas. Many folks want to find a good Work At home Business opportunity. If it is wellness, become an expert in that topic. If it is health and fitness you enjoy, then learn more in that field. People researching on the internet are looking for answers to problems or researching interests they have. Becoming an expert in a field will help grow your business through attraction marketing as people read your articles, blogs, or websites. These web properties will become your online sales force and will develop your network marketing lead generation force.

In attraction marketing you will learn that it is not the product or opportunity you are selling, but rather yourself. If you love networking you will be great at network marketing. Besides enjoying people the three greatest assets you can possess are Attitude, Belief and Honesty.

Attitude: Be enthusiastic and passionate about your opportunity in the marketplace. Dig in and learn what you really have to offer and how you can help others to become successful. You may not know a lot about marketing but you can research and become a consultant. Remember, your most important job in building your business is to become valuable to those you attract. As you learn more your confidence will improve and you will have more to give those who join you. Networking it is all about them (your new clients) and helping them reach their goals. The more help you can offer, the more people will be attracted to join you.

Belief: You don’t need a degree in marketing to get great results. All the tools you need are available on the internet. Believe in yourself and follow the plan laid out by your mentor. If you believe you can learn how to produce great marketing results, you will. The more results you produce through following the ideas you research and then testing them, the more belief and confidence you will gain.

Honesty: Be sure you are not selling hype. Sell honest opportunities and a real system that works and people will beat your door down to join you. Too often what is offered on the internet is not an honest opportunity but hype and lots of claims. People are becoming gun shy because of all the hype. Being honest in what you say and do is one of the most important pieces of your business.

If you’re persistent in pursuing your small business, and marketing it with a positive attitude, belief that you can, and honesty and integrity, sooner or later you’ll find what works for you in network marketing lead generation, to help you get those top quality MLM Leads. You’ll discover the marketing strategies and tactics that allow you to begin attracting attention and bringing in new clients consistently!

Business Planning For Entrepreneurs….or Many Other Aspiring Business People. How To Create A Business Plan

Saturday, December 20th, 2008

NHR Products

All business is cyclic—good times, bad times, growth times, contraction times. Life in the general business field is no different. In order to take full advantage of the “good” times, and to insulate yourself and your new business from the “not so good” times, it is crucial to understand the basics.

First of all, start learning from other success stories in your line of business.

Use the Internet: web sites, blogs, Google searches will provide a wealth of information; pay special attention to the personal contact information. You’ll find that many Business owners are just too busy to answer your inquiry…and that’s great…That’s just how busy you’re preparing to become.

But you will find many others—those not quite so pressed for time, as well as those who just can’t say no to a sincere question. Develop as many working relationships as you can with people who truly understand your wish to learn. You will find your own self-confidence growing. You will also be surprised at how much you have to return to your new “business friends”.

Begin immediately to incorporate all this first hand knowledge into your own business plan.

You do have a business plan, don’t you? If you don’t, then drop everything else and get to work building one. And again, the Internet will become invaluable. Do a Google for “business plan”. You’ll find literally thousands of pages of information. The “hows” and “whys” of creating that business plan should be your first study. There’s even very affordable software available that walks you through the entire process. NO EXCUSES. NO DELAY.

Creating your plan will be a great deal of work; so it’s critical that you have a thorough understanding of the process.

A business plan is NOT AN OPTION. It is probably the single, most important, first step to your success. Without one, you are going into battle totally unprepared and completely unarmed.

When it is in place, you will have clearly defined goals (business objectives); as well as a clearly defined plan to accomplish those goals.

It can’t be stressed strongly enough: Without a business plan, you don’t really have a business. What you have is a frustrating activity eating up your time, and taking you someplace that you may or may not wish to go.

That plan doesn’t have to be static. It will alter and grow as you and your business evolve and grow.

With the plan in place, you’ll find yourself more in control, more focused on priorities, more confident in your abilities to succeed. Clearly defined goals can be measured and achieved and celebrated. Shortfalls will be easily identified so that you can immediately take corrective action.

And all thanks to the time you spent on your BUSINESS PLAN.

Still not convinced? Keep doing what you’ve been doing for weeks, months or years WITHOUT A BUSINESS PLAN. Then come back to this post on a regular schedule till you are convinced. It’s your time…and your business.

Inter-network Marketing Business - How To Stop Self Sabotaging Your Home Based Business

Wednesday, December 3rd, 2008

One of the teachings that I really stress with my NHR Products team is that if you want your home business to grow then you must grow as a person.  You must focus on your goals and you must be hyper-aware of any habits or thoughts that might be holding you back.

Do you understand the anomaly which exists in network marketing or any at home business for that matter where self sabotage comes into play? Do you know what self sabotage is?

It happens every day and it’s a little like whales beaching themselves for no apparent reason. We want to bring this up because it’s something I actually went through a few short years ago and when it was happening, I wasn’t even aware of it.

Being on track as an entrepreneur means showing steely resolve and if you are in an inter-network marketing business then steely resolve is your best friend. You’ll hit road blocks and some of them will be personal but while you deal with them, you still need to keep your eye on the long term goal you set yourself.

This has plenty to do with getting into the discomfort zone, an area many avoid. If you find your discomfort zone in network marketing then be rest assured, you’re on the right track. Because feeling uncomfortable means you’re learning something new and moving forward most times.

This was a message which eventually sunk through after my previous sabotaging effort… “You’ll never get past the entrepreneurial breakwaters until you conquer that fear inside you and step outside your comfort zone.”

The message here is that unless you feel uncomfortable in your network marketing business during the growing phase then you’re not on track. In other words, as an entrepreneur, the more on course you are then the more frightened you’ll feel.
